Cloverleaf Distribution Provides professional service for the following ultrasonic devices Contact us to obtain a Repair Order Form, list all the repairs needed then send the form and the item to us. Once device is received at the address below , it will be evaluated. A complete detailed estimated is then faxed back to the dealer before service performed . Once approved a typical ship time is 72 hours.

 

PROCEDURE

A standard charge of $50.00 is applied to the estimate to cover time invested . Once the repair estimate is approved in witting, the fee is waived. If customers do not want to pay for services and opted not to have the device back, we will waived the estimate and shipping charge. We ship via UPS, just specify your shipping requirements. In either case if a repairs is completed or declined shipping and handling apply. We warranty our parts and labor for 90 days, for defects in materials and workmanship . Abuse, wear and tear excluded. Repairs over $300 will receive an Ultrasonic Insert, your choice of either 25K or 30K. Call us for details.
